I am Linda Eisner, founder and head pencil pusher of �pencil me in� cosmetics. It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you �pencil me in� � a unique line of eye accent pencils. Our healthy eyeliner pencils contain vitamins, anti-oxidants and a sharpener is built into every cap. �pencil me in� cosmetics provides a high quality pencil at a reasonable price. For over 20 years, I have been working in various arenas in the cosmetics industry designing private label lines to meet other cosmetic professionals� specifications. While maintaining my private label company, Quality Pencils Inc., I decided to create my own brand. For me, the perfect pencil was not yet available. I wanted to develop healthy eyeliner pencils in lots of great colors. There was a need for a natural �green� cosmetic pencil so I asked my factory to create a formula that would meet my requirements. Clinical data has revealed that vitamins and anti-oxidants added to cosmetic products used in the eye area help to keep that delicate tissue soft and smooth. The pencils are made with natural ingredients and blended botanicals like Green Tea Leaf Extract, Pine Bark Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Shea Butter, Cacao Butter, Jojoba Oil, Wheat germ oil, and Safflower seed oil. It also includes Vitamins A (Retinyl Palmitate), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin D, E (Tocopherol). that specifically protect the eye area from daily exposure to destructive elements in our environment. The pencils are allergy and clinically tested to be non-irritating, eco-friendly, tamperproof and hygienic. The pencils are also paraben and petroleum free. It took months to create the right shades, insure that they provided long lasting consistent color and applied silky smooth. All the colors chosen are not the ordinary eyeliner shades currently in the marketplace. Our shades range from vivid purple to frosted shades of blue and green to metallic bronze to subtle glitter. There are sensational choices for people of all races, genders and skin tones. Application is silky smooth without pulling the delicate skin around your eyes. Every eye accent pencil can be applied above and below your eye to bring dramatic effects & to enhance both day and evening looks. Layer and/or smudge the shades for a sexy finish. The pencil core is creamy but firm so the points don�t break easily. The color doesn�t fade throughout the day, lasting for hours. The eyeliners are highly concentrated with pigment so pressing hard and repeating the line is not necessary. Twelve year olds to grandmas alike are wearing and loving the pencils. For convenience, the cap of the pencil is actually a sharpener. There is no need to hunt for pencil sharpeners anymore. Our 4 color sets were specially designed based on hair color and desired look. Sometimes my pencils are hard to apply, Why? by Linda Eisner - Pencil Me In Cosmetics Representative
Leaving your makeup on a cool counter top or in a warm car can temporarily change the consistency of your make up. Most cosmetics are designed to be applied at room temperature. Application will be different if you try to apply your makeup outside of normal temperature range. It doesn�t mean that the cosmetic is poor quality, old or needs to be discarded; it means you need to allow the cosmetic to be brought back to a normal temperature before using.

For example, a cosmetic pencil left on a cold countertop may feel dry and scratchy when applying. The application will be uncomfortable. A simple solution is to warm up the pencil before applying. You can roll the pencil between your hands to warm it up. Draw a few small lines on the back of your hand to warm the core. Once the core is warmed, the application should be silky smooth as usual. If your pencil core is left is a hot steamy bathroom, the point may melt and smear during application. Allow the pencil to cool before you apply. Use of electric means to heat or cool your cosmetics is not recommended.

Fortunately the �pencil me in� eyeliner pencil cores are hard enough that the points won�t break during application yet soft enough for easy glide-on use.

Many people have small eyelids and wearing a dark color on the upper lid adds weight and makes the eye look smaller and tired. Applying a light color along the lash line will open up the eye, making them appear bright, fresh and larger. By using a dark seductive color on the bottom lash line, you will shape and contour the eye. Apply mascara and see how the light color shows through the mascara and opens up your eyes.
