This is a tubed mascara, meaning it doesn't smear or run at all even in the rain. It's not water resistant or proof, but actually needs both water AND friction to remove. It removes easily with minor rubbing.... Kaylene 12/124 out of 5
I only wear tubing mascaras these days, so that is what I'm comparing to (specifically, Blinc). When I started wearing Becca Ultimate mascara, I didn't like it as much as Blinc, which gives a subtle, understated... Review Posted 12/12
