Transform your everyday eyeshadow into a fabulous liquid liner. Manna Kadar Cosmetics Transfix works with any eyeshadow powder and may be used over eye makeup for a high-gloss seal or around the edges for a shimmering, ultra-glam look. This super-silky formula features soothing urea to ensure easy application without irritation.

Aqua (Water) Propylene Glycol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Quaternium-15, Citric Acid.

Dip applicator into Transfix then dip into your favorite eyeshadow powder. Apply around edges of the eyelids as you would an eyeliner.
