In-Liner:Apply from underneath lashes to the root and line the upper inner rim to create the illusion of fuller lashes and to frame the eyes.
Ink Outliner:Rest elbow on something steady for stable application. Starting above the pupil and moving out, ink in your lash line using short strokes. For a lash-thickening illusion, add small dots into lower lash line. Cat Eyes:For a thinner line; tilt the pen sideways, press and wiggle softly into the lashline. For a thicker line simply press the flat part of the crayon across the lashline. Always start at the middle of the eye working out, tilt pen out and up when you get to the end of the eye.
