Talika's botanically based Eyebrow Lipocils brush-on lending brows definition and hold. This advanced formula stimulates growth and restores existing hair follicles from the root out for naturally fuller brows. The Lipocils colorant and fragrance free formula conditions brows for a smooth, healthy look.

Water, Carbomer, Lecithin, Hypericum Perforatum (Hypericum Extract), Pyrus Malus (Apple Extract), Hammamelis Hippocastanum (Witch Hazel Extract), Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut Extract), Urtica Dioica (Nettle Extract), Sodium Lactate, Lactic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Allantoin, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben.

Use twice a day, before makeup (morning and evening) during the first 28 days, then once a day. Eyebrow lipocils must be applied on the brows and, as much as possible on the skin.
