I am over 60 and my eyelids tend to be red, so still need eye shadow to neutralize the color. Eye shadow primers worked in that they helped the shadow to stay put, but made the lines and creases worse...

This eye primer gives your eye products longer lasting wear leaving your skin softer and lightly pigmented. This formula is recommended for most skin tones.
