Soothe and neutralize your eyelids by prepping them for shadow products with this lid primer. This creamy formula creates a perfect foundation for applying color to your eye lids. This primer will leave your eye lids silky soft and enable eyeshadow products to stay in place all day long.

Mineral Oil, Beeswax, Ozokerite, Petrolatum, Silica, Dimethicone Copolyol, Quaternium-18 Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Propylparaben. May Conatin: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.

Apply sparingly with Eye Primer Brush. "Pat" on entire lid from lash line to brow then blend out using smooth even strokes.
