DI Water, PVF/Polycarbamyl/Polyglycol Ester, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer 940, Triethanolamine, Panthenol, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben.

For Brows: Apply to brows before (for intense colore) or after (just to set colore) application of brow pigment. Works great alone and is a "must have" for well groomed men.
For Lashes: Apply as many layers as you like to build, nourish and separate lashes. Use under mascara for thicker and longer looking lashes. Works well with Cry Me A River.
