Shake can well to ensure even application. Carefully press down actuator to release foam into palm of hand. Apply in circular motions and use sparingly on knees and elbows. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after application. Allow to dry and wait 10 minutes before dressing. Use sparingly.
