If you have oily skin, apply thin layers of color directly to clean eyelids using fingertips or soft nylon Illuminaré Eye Color/Concealer Brush. If you have normal to dry skin, try using a small amount of moisturizer or foundation to eyelids as a base before spreading thin layers of eye colors over top. To add shimmer, let colors dry slightly before spreading shimmer over top or blend into any color to change intensity.
