London fashion is on the upswing. A few years ago, London Fashion Week was attended primarily by members of the UK Press, but now top editors from the US and Europe are flocking to see a new wave of hip, up-and-coming designers as well as shows from classic English design houses (Burberry and Vivienne Westwood should ring a bell). For Spring 2011, British designers displayed vibrant collections full of bright colors, rocker flair and ethereal shapes—all of which just sung Spring.
